“RTP” sewer pipes made of polypropylene and polymer copolymer with a nominal OD 32-125 mm are applied for the household sewerage at max. 80ºС of the permanent discharges and at 95ºС of the temporary (within 1 min.) discharges when a maximum flow level is 30 l/min. The pipes are manufactured by means of an uninterrupted screw extrusion followed by molding of a ball-mouthed part.

Upgraded pipe production line for internal drainage systems

With equal wall thicknesses, Baikal pipe is 20% lighter than the RTP pipe of the BETA system due to the middle layer of expanded polypropylene. At the same time, the pipe has high strength characteristics and embodies high quality, reliability and durability.

  • Excellent thermal and noise insulation.
  • Reliability due to the highly versatile closed-cell.
  • An ideal combination of insulation properties while maintaining lightweight.
  • Improved vibration absorption.

The outer layer Polypropylene with expanded polypropylene middle layer.
Unique combination of raw materials, developed by the company’s best technologists, makes Baikal pipe a truly innovative product, multiple impact resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, water and chemical resistance. Environmentally friendly materials, 100% recyclability, it does not emit harmful toxins when burned.

Multiple impact resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, water and chemical resistance, exceptionally high strength to weight ratio and 100% recyclability.

Greaseproof inner layer.
Blue inner layer has a special composition, does not allow fat deposits to be retained – “anti-fat” layer
