Crosspiece RTP - a connecting element made of ecological plastic, PP-R polypropylene, used in heating and water supply systems to connect four pipes in a cross direction. The crosspiece allows you to direct the flow of water or coolant in different directions and provides the ability to connect four pipes at one point, used to connect various elements of the system, such as radiators, pumps and other components. The RTP cross of the SIGMA system is made of CW617N (LS-59-2) brass. For a reliable and tight connection, the RTP plant recommends using a special paste with flax. Proper installation of threaded brass products ensures uninterrupted operation of the entire heating and water supply system, excluding leaks. An important advantage of RTP brass crosspieces is galvanized coating. The nickel plating process makes brass fittings resistant to corrosion. The service life of heating and water supply systems using brass fittings is more than 50 years.
